If he's indicted in Washington or he's found guilty of any of the offenses that he's presently charged with, yes, he's over and done with and you won't see him on the stage of politics anywhere, anytime soon and I can't imagine that he would be able to resurrect himself. But if he can skate by he'll be fine but if he can't he won't be.
