We are very confident that this trend will continue, so the city of Panama Beach is investing in its infrastructure as investors unfold their plans for vacation lodging. In fact, the number of condo properties is projected to increase from 83 to 130 between 2006 and 2007 and the number of condominium units is forecast to increase from 8,712 to 27,929 -- a 320 percent increase.
