I know how bad it hurt him not to be out there last year. Hopefully he'll handle it a little bit better this time. We're going to make sure that he knows we're here for him, and that he can still come around even though he's hurt. Don't be scared to pick up the phone and call one of us if he has a problem - because he's still part of this family. We don't want him to ever feel that just because he's not here every day, we forgot about him.
