What's happened is you have people who have made a lot of money in this sector. Although we've not specifically seen any real signs of slowing yet, we do think that could happen in the future. Whenever someone talks about it and begins to give warning signs about it, people will say that we're at the peak, things can only get worse from here and I will sell my stocks.
