When you are looking to put new money into investments, it's always wise to wait until you get a better sense that the Fed is very near the end of raising interest rates. But there are some terrific earnings stories in this market, and some of these earnings stories, at least in my opinion, already reflect a lot of the worries about potential economic problems.
