Shauna and I had no office yet. We had to find the equipment for the office, we had to find furniture, start writing grants, contact the IRS about our public charitable status, and get with the state about our tax-exempt status. We ended up going around Methodist Hospital to offices that were vacant at the time to make phone calls.
