That's the saddest part of this, is that he works with children on a daily basis. He shows probably a genuine amount of commitment to them, and has never indicated any toward his own son. It's just not fair. I mean, if you don't do your fair share, nothing will ever be right for you as an individual. And what's worse, it furthers the cycle of what's not right onto the next generation.
