Robert, my son and I do sales. Cathy is in charge of ordering supplies, accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, and keeping track of workers compensation certificates on all subcontractors. Barb schedules all the different stages of the job, applies for permits, and calls in all inspections. We all work pretty well together.
