Unique is the catalyst of our team. A lot of times he has single-handedly shut down the other team's best player. I think really highly of him, he's a real team player. It's a blessing to be able to coach someone like that.

Very few people spend their whole career - eight, nine years - on one team. It has to be the right situation, right setting, right spot. But I think this is a good place to be. It's really nice here.
