Expected Quotations

We're putting up the new building because we badly need the additional room. We broke ground on the building on Jan. 21 and it is expected to be completed in April or May of 2007.

With the stronger trade surplus, I would have expected the Canadian dollar to do a little bit better, except of course at the same time the U.S. trade deficit came in smaller than expected. As a result it's been positive for the U.S. dollar.

With vanadyl sulphate being like IGF-1, we expected to see resistance in the diabetic animals, but we didn't see that. We saw similar improvement. Thus it must have been acting through a different pathway than do IGF-1 or insulin.

We knew when we recruited Megan that we were getting a quality ball player. But what she's been able to contribute to this team has gone far beyond what we expected from her stepping into the program as a freshman.

We knew this European team was going to be extremely well-coached and we knew they'd be very talented. We had our work cut out for us. ... They never stopped being physical, the European team. They fought until the end, and that's what I expected of them.

We're expecting tremendous growth, ... The ad market is expected to double from $200 million to $400 million this year, and growing to more than $2 billion four years from now. So we see a big opportunity.

We're expected to get eight wins. We're expected to go to the tournament.

Were it not for that we might have expected gold to be $10 or even $15 higher than it currently is.
