Three years in a row. Each year gets a little tougher.

We're finally putting San Antonio on the map. Nobody gets recruited down here because I guess we're too far south. But there's a lot of talent down here that people are finding out about now.

We're facing a demographic bubble. The divorce revolution, the big increase, started in the late 1960s. The average person who gets divorced is in their 30s. We're coming up to a generation who in large numbers are going to enter late adulthood.

We're just a composed, poised team on the road. Nothing really gets to us.

We're just looking forward to it. It's a big event for us each year. Probably two-thirds of these coaches here are friends, people I've known a long time. It's like a reunion for me every year. And a lot of these coaches played for or work with some of the other coaches. So it's just a good time where everybody gets back together again.

We're getting contributions from different guys every night. One night the goaltending steals us the game and another night one player gets us up with a goal here or there.

We're getting better every day. Tom is a great outside runner, Hunter runs the ball inside, and (fullback) Jamie Jackson gets around the blocks. And the offensive line is coming together, even though pretty much everyone is new. If we play as we've practiced, look for big improvement.

We're going to have to go out there and earn it, though. We had a lot of guys coming back this year. It doesn't matter how few guys you lose, the chemistry always changes. Talent only gets you so far. Chemistry ... has to come with it.

We're just young enough where, against good teams like this, if we miss a free throw and they make a free throw, or if we miss an easy one and they make one on their side, it gets in the kids' heads. Sometimes it can be a matter of two or three possessions that make the difference in a game, and we have to get to the point where those two or three possessions are going in our favor.
