We're really emphasizing team play and team effort, which is what is going to give us any chance to beat some of the good teams left on our schedule.

We're really confident right now because we came together as a team and we're all playing really well together. Everybody's contributing.

But that's typical of a young team because being young, playing at home, you're in your comfort zone. Going away, you're uncomfortable, the crowd is against you and you've just got to be disciplined and focus in.

We're going to cover just about everything. When we get rolling, we're going to cover events about as well as we've ever covered them. We may be down in some, but we're going to be stronger in others. We've been blessed with a long history of young ladies willing to work hard and that has led to a fair amount of team success over the years. I don't see any reason why this group can't continue that tradition.

We're going to change our philosophy on defense. We were a little passive last year. We have some kids who can play man coverage, so we might be able to come after teams a little more. We don't want to be sitting ducks like we were last year.
