Fortunately, the Biochemistry Department at the University of Wisconsin in Madison was outstanding and far ahead of most others in the country.

For the second year in a row we have had an outstanding winner. Vince had a great year at the University of Texas, and capped it off with one of the most spectacular bowl games in history. We are proud that he will represent this award.
