When I was 14 or 15, I was a really good volleyball player, so I thought, 'Well, maybe I'll just get a scholarship to an Ivy League school through volleyball.' Then I quit when I decided to focus on theater.

I was always around volleyball since I was very young because my sister played in grade school and my dad coached her. I started while I was young and I got a lot of good experience playing against top competition from all around the country at the Junior Olympics.

We played real well. We won the first game, 25-21, in the finals, but the wheels started coming off a little after that. I think we got tired. We played a lot of volleyball and I probably could have done a better job substituting.

We played really good as a team, ... We got consistent serves from most of our players. We are playing the type of volleyball I had hoped for at this time of the season.

The scores may not be indicating it, but we are coming together and playing better. We've already seen tons of improvement. We're asking a lot of our sophomores and freshmen to play on the varsity level, but hopefully, they'll see what good volleyball is and what it takes to get there.

It was a total domination. We outplayed them with every volleyball skill and the results speak for themselves.

I think it's a great tournament for us to start out in. It's enough volleyball to get a feel for what's there and not enough volleyball where you get overwhelmed right away.

We had a mental dysfunctional breakdown. It was not pretty. After game two, it was like another volleyball team was out there. The passing was terrible and our defense didn't keep us in the game.

Currently programs are getting 1? hours to practice at West, which will not include inside space for girls soccer. Practices will finish around 10 p.m. We will be moving all volleyball games and badminton matches to the West Campus.
