Charles has been a great leader out there. Summers has gotten much better. We have some great leaders.

I don't like to practice in the rain. People get sick; they get hurt. It's one thing to play a game in the rain, but I don't like practicing in it.

He came in and cut down on the mental mistakes. That's why we had the success we had.
