By Saturday, I predict being in a crisis mode where I've got areas with no water. However we got here, guys, we've got to work together to get through this.
We are behind the curve, so unless people stop watering outside, we're going to be at a critical moment this weekend.
We made the decision that one day wouldn't make a huge difference. But then the next day, people were still using too much water.
