Whether or not one agrees with that, that's where he is coming from. What will have to happen, is the issue will have to be studied. I think in the long run we will see speed limits down here.
I think that there are some good things that are going on. (And there are) some things we would have hoped would have gone differently.

The Virginia legislature is never snap your fingers and it's done. It's a long process.
There were some people who (said) mandatory boater education is dead so we don't have to come. Frankly I don't think that speaks well of what we need on the lake in regard to boater education.
The number of people who are living here full time is increasing significantly.
I don't think speed is something that has gone away. It will take some time; it will take some study.
