best coming effort fourth game gave knew position win
Coming into the game, we knew we were going to be short-handed. We didn't know we would be without Ray. It was unfortunate because we gave it our best effort and we were in a position to win the game in the fourth quarter.
five
Do that, ... and in five years, you'll get another one.
drive
I still feel like I have a lot to prove, ... My drive isn't going away because of money. I don't know if anything could take my drive away.
match plenty tough understand
We just didn't match their intensity, and you can't do that in this league. You know that it's going to be tough on a back-to-back, but we have to be better than that. We've had plenty of back-to-back and understand how tough they are.
decided defend instead laughing point stock together western
I don't know what point it was, but we decided not to defend any more. At some point we have to decide if we want to come together and do something, instead of being the laughing stock of Western Conference.
exactly hits later missed seconds shots
We had a turnover, missed shots and Wally hits a 3. I don't know exactly how it went, but we were right there and then 60 seconds later we weren't.
bet city dollar last players sitting thankful time
Oh, my goodness, this is crazy. This time last year, I wouldn't have bet a dollar that I'd be sitting in the place I'm sitting in now. I'm just so thankful and appreciative to city of Seattle, the organization and the players on this team.
excited future gave glad great green opportunity playing seattle shows team time
It was a great offer, and I'm so appreciative of them for their interest. The opportunity for more playing time was probably in Minnesota, but I'm glad Seattle matched. It shows me that I'm important to them and a part of their future plans. I'm excited to come back to the team that gave me an opportunity and excited to get back into the green and gold.
executing good less looks
It's more or less us not executing well and not getting good looks at the basket, something we could have did better.
bought excited house mom
It's going to be a lot of fun. I just bought my mom a house there. She'll be there. I'm really excited about that trip.
hard win
It was going to be hard to win that game. Everything had to go right, and it did for a while. Then things went wrong. It's been like that all year.
gets liked paint whistle
It's hard, especially when the whistle gets a little sensitive. They were getting in our paint more than we would have liked them to.
commitment defensive numbers performed proof team worst
The proof is in the numbers. The numbers don't lie. I wouldn't say we're the worst defensive team of all time, but who would? We haven't performed well defensively and that's something we need to get better at. We've got to get stops. We've got to make a commitment to defense.
arguably best create face game hand hit hope players tough
Tracy's arguably one of the best perimeter players in the game right now. As long as he's on the floor, he's a threat. He understands how to create space. You just have to hope to get a hand in his face and miss. And tonight, he hit some tough shots.
