My first head coaching job was with B.C. in 1983 and we went to the Grey Cup (losing 18-17 to Toronto). Your first head coaching job is the toughest year of your life,

I know what the Eskimos pride is, I know what the Eskimos expect from their players because I was part of it. But in a respectful way I remember, not in spite of.
