Valentine's night is the busiest night of the year for us. We're even busy during the day with guys dropping off flowers and rings for us to hide later on.
We re-did the kitchen three years ago and we doubled the size of our saut station and it's already too small.
People think of Porta Bella as being a fine dining restaurant, but I don't think so. Are we more than casual? Sure. We have a romantic atmosphere and intimate seating. But our menu is classic Italian with a lot of new, creative Italian dishes.
It's sad in one way, but it's a good move. It's the next step.
