When they start naming certain producers, that's what gives them away.
They harvest the grapes, put them in stainless steel or cement tanks, and that's it.
There's a lot of work that needs to go into them finding the identity of these wines. I'm excited to see there's a lot of potential. But there's a lot of work to be done.
I'm surprised, particularly at how well the whites showed: crisp and summery.
