The fitting room experience has been terrific and we're very, very pleased. We're very pleased with the amount of items she's buying per transaction.

We like to cluster. That is our strategy and we will continue to pursue that. We may not be able to do that initially when we open in a market, but in a year to two years we hope to open multiple locations in a market.

It's an opportunity for us to grow our market share with women over 35. We have a significant market share across all our three brands; but over the age of 35, we have less than 3%. Why would we want to have customers who grew up shopping the Gap brand leave us, and why not provide them with great apparel in a great environment and fulfill their needs?

We want to be where our customer is.

We're very pleased. We wouldn't be rolling out if we weren't pleased with our results.

We're new and we continue to learn more about our business each week.

So far we've been pleased with our productivity inside our stores. When you look at getting the customer into the store and into the fitting room, it has been very, very successful for us.
