I'm sure it has two sides. The continuity; the kids knowing the coaches who were already there as opposed to everyone being brand new, they feel a little bit more comfortable, I think, with the transition. Then us being able to help Coach Stevens.

The kids are excited about it. For awhile it was, 'Who is it going to be? Who is it going to be?' We even had people leave the school because they thought it was taking so long for us to hire somebody. Now they know Coach Stevens; he's there. He has had one meeting and it was very crowded, very exciting. There were a lot of kids who were very interested in it. The kids are upbeat right now.
