The weapons auctioned had been confiscated from people who'd broken state wildlife laws.
Sometimes people go on vacation to places where they're indigenous and they bring them back when they're small because they think they're cute. When they get big, (the owners) sometimes let them go. That may be what happened here, but it's hard to say anything for sure at this point.
We're still investigating the situation to determine what happened exactly.
