These mega plants, whether it's a power plant or a Toyota, don't just have a local draw. While there may not be a direct tax benefit to Cabell, Wayne or other counties in our area, there would be a tremendous job benefit.
You name the state or the drug company, and they will all have representatives there. We're the only group from West Virginia that is going. We might be small potatoes compared to others, but we think our presence will be felt.
We are in the center of the market, an excellent location for this type of building. This building is going to be a bright star for the city of Huntington.
It's a win-win situation. They're going to sell products and attract business, and we can promote them as a success story for this area.
