We played really well. I can't complain, of course. We're starting to pick up our game a lot. Our offense and defense looked nice.
They're both very flexible in their positions. One would set one day and they'd both be setting the next game. It's going to prepare them if there is another setter on their team, to be able to run an offense by themselves or share it with another person.
We came to play for the first match and decided to start off pretty slow in the second match. They tipped a lot of balls at us and it threw us out of our system. We started to get into the system in the third game and it finished it off for us.
When you play a team that much you get to know each team really well and it becomes a great match. Mineral Area did a great job against us.
We had some players step up. Ashley Meeks played tremendous defense and she carried us through this match.
