I think I'm trying to say that there's room for everything, that you don't have to totally change the way you are to be part of Dahn.
We would have less stress, learn to handle our emotions better and listen to our bodies better. I think everyone agrees on that, both East and West.
The instructor checked me over and tried to have me fold my arms a certain way, which is hard to do for some people who are really stiff.
I thought it offered a way to have a different connection with both staff and patients, and a way to help that wasn't in the standard doctor/patient mold.
