Ms Anderson rightfully is a concerned parent. She's concerned for the safety of her children and other children at the school. This was improper conduct at the school and it's the kind of conduct that goes way beyond the bounds of decency.

He was asked on several occasions not to approach the children or Miss Anderson and despite these warnings, he continued to make contact. This was done mostly to protect the children and allow them to feel safe in their environment.

We're very happy with the court's decision. It was the proper thing to do.

The court determined that there was overwhelming evidence that a restraining order was appropriate. It is our hope that Mr. Stansfield will abide by the court order.
