Gerri's track record of success in creating value in early stage technology companies makes her a great addition to the Ballard Board. In addition, she has solid experience working with government, at both the provincial and federal levels. Because of the leadership role that government needs to play in the introduction and advancement of disruptive technologies, Gerri's understanding of the political realm will be a great asset to the Ballard team.

I do see an opportunity on the horizon for a potential turning point for the fuel cell sector, and I really believe that Ballard came make a significant contribution to making that happen - if we deliver.

I learned about choices and consequences and responsibility. I learned that we all have choices, even when we don't recognize them, and that those choices have consequences, not just for ourselves, but for others. We must assume responsibility for those consequences.
