Katherine Murray "Kate" Millettis an American radical feminist writer, educator, artist, and activist. She attended Oxford University and was the first American woman to be awarded a postgraduate degree with first-class honors by St. Hilda's. We have to have an emancipation proclamation for children. What is at issue is children's rights; not the right of sexual access to children.
