We'd like to see less of that tax being used for operational purposes and more of it going to capital projects. So with that thought in mind, that's kind of been where we've guided this year's proposed budget.

Things are progressing. Hopefully we'll get an agreement with all of them by the first of May. That's certainly our goal.

The water is not draining off the landfill like it should.
