It's been crazy. My cell phone has been ringing off the hook. I had to turn it off to make sure I'm focused on doing the things I need to do, like game planning and scouting and preparation.
I don't want to get caught up in my emotions because the whole thing is not about me. Everything is about our team and coach (Mike) Davis. I want to be focused on the task at hand.
Sometimes you come down the floor so quick you don't read the floor, don't read the spacing, don't read the opportunities. He has to have a controlled push.
He blows the top off defenses. He does a great job of pushing tempo. When he comes in, it's like defenses have to prepare for another team.
