Emily is a leader and a hard worker. She brings a spark to the team with her bat and her defensive skills. I'm expecting her and Nikki to have good years at the plate. Nikki always gives 100 percent effort 100 percent of the time.
She has great speed. Her skills and talent should make her a solid player right away.
Lauren brings a ton of experience to the field. She seems to be mentally tougher than she was last year. It was her first season carrying the workload last year, and she's ready to resume that roll once again.
We're looking forward to a strong, successful season. Last year, we beat everybody we were supposed to beat, and this year we want to do the same, but we also want some bookmark wins. We want to do well in the Blue Division and pull out some wins versus the tougher teams in the league.
Katie has the potential to really do some damage at the plate. We'll need her to drive in some runs.
