We're feeling positive about the Commonwealths and expect to be in better shape than we were in this race.
I have been having technical problems with my 200m all year. I am really, really quick now but I am struggling to hold it round the turn.
I got a good start. It's always hard to come back from the major championships and do well so to equal my pb makes me feel really excited.
To come back from the World Championships and equal my PB was very, very pleasing,
At the last worlds we came second so we're slightly down, ... But we'll be back for the Europeans next year and it will be a big race against the French then. This is a young relay team and things are looking good for us for a good few years yet.
I'm looking forward to the 200m and will stamp my mark there.
If you look at the circumstances, and where we ended up in the individual competitions, ... this is a great achievement.
Before I came here my aim was to get to the 100m final and medal again in the 200, but it doesn't always go to plan, does it?
