My concern is that there are different avenues that aren't being explored. All children should be provided lunch, and if schools can't be creative enough to ensure that happens, they shouldn't penalize the children.

From where I sit, this looks like the status quo.

What do they really do? What is their area of responsibility? We need to know what they get paid for.

I know schools are not collection agencies but feeding our children is key.
