Four years was enough time to put our lives on hold.
The deal fell through in February 2002, and by that time we needed to actually go into Chapter 11 in order to protect the assets.
Financially it was putting a great strain on the resources of the center itself, supporting teachers in other centers.
They were not able to complete the acquisition.
