I am thrilled to be joining St. Thomas More and working with them to develop the next chapter in their organization to better serve the community.

I think it was a lot of things. I had good coaches in high school who helped me, and once I got here I could focus on just one sport instead of three.

As a team, we want to get back on top. We won indoor, but we lost the outdoor championship by just two points, so I think we are looking to regain our title.

It's also a lot of hard work. There's a lot of talent out there, and I want to prove I belong on top.

He still works out here, and it's great. It's not often you have a training partner who is your role model and best friend. I've learned a lot from him, mainly what it takes to be successful.
