We knew it would need to be extended when Ballantrae was developed. If you look at Ballantrae, it's a square mile of development. That's a pretty big development. We always saw it as a necessary connection.
What's most critical now is to get on that list.
The only way we can do that is with a roundabout. The geometrics (of a roundabout) lay out, but we have to make sure it works out operationally.
They are concerned about both options but are more in favor of a two-lane roundabout.
We cannot be 100 percent certain that we will need a three-lane roundabout in the future.
