It is certainly reasonable to think--three dollars really soon.
We are concerned why there was no police presence there. We are concerned as to why, in fact, there were not flares or traffic controls there.
They want to say to some degree that it's seasonal because refineries are changing to their summer fuel blends. It doesn't seasonal and it doesn't seem reasonable.
It is quite reasonable--although unreasonable--to expect prices will escalate for a few more weeks, probably through the Memorial Day holiday.
The bottom line--the overall cost of both ownership and operation of motor vehicles and passenger cars are down.
