It gives them a sense of purpose because they're actually getting courses.
You become a very family oriented group in here, so a lot of the problems that we have are solved by the kids. It's the kids who push each other.
There, they learn about organizing their time and what has to be done with all their jobs. A lot of our (12) kids in the program are out there.
If you give them a hands on experience, it seems to work out the best for them.
