The strong vote today gets us to the 50-yard line. Now we're looking to the Senate to get us into the end zone.

This is part of the dance of the Legislature.

This is a major vote and a major step on the way to fulfilling the dream of bringing the stadium back to campus. This is historic and I would argue a monumental vote.

It's a recipe for legislative gridlock - no action and the failure to bring Gopher stadium back here where it rightfully belongs.

We need to make this a reality this year or I strongly suspect it will not happen.
