As far as the coaching staff, it seems like they find out what guys do well and apply it on the field. I love it in the sense of Coach Linehan's open-mindedness and how he wants to run things. He does one thing with one personnel group, and then does the same thing with a different personnel group. It looks different, but sometimes it's the same thing. Young people can see that he was brave enough to not only overcome it, but talk about it and show that he came out OK, that there's nothing to be ashamed of.

We take a lot of pride in what we do. Most fans don't pay attention to what we do, but there's a lot of hidden yardage as far as coverage units. People say you have to be a little crazy, a little off to play special teams anyways. We have 11 guys that are crazy.
