For the past five years, I have been in substandard equipment and it has shown, ... All my results in the IRL have been in cars that were not that good. That made it even better for me to come in and achieve what I did.

The chemistry with the girls on this team, both on and off the field, is a lot better (this season), ... That contributes to when you're playing together. We're more willing to work for each other on the field.

The girls are in a position now that when they do well, they are going to receive the attention. I think that everything that has been asked is all fair and good. I'm just extremely happy to have the opportunity to work with Richard Childress. He's first class.
