It's just that the grand jury should not be indicting people who have been pardoned.
I'm disappointed. We read the constitution to require the governor to make the appointment and two members of the court agreed with our interpretation.
There's not been a decision by the court on this matter, but there's a historical precedent that another governor faced with the situation did the same thing.
