We're going to have to do that. I thought about some things that we need to do. We're just going to bring 'Shan out of the game to give her some rest regardless. I don't know when the last game was that we won on a Saturday. Monday night everybody came off the bench and gave us a spark. I don't know. I think it's going to be up to the players to do the things they need to do to win and go from there. I'm looking at it, and it's really tough. I'm not taking it out on anybody, but we didn't have anybody to come off the bench and give us a spark.

We just can't get that swelling out of it. I talked with some of the sports medicine people, and they told me they think there might be a bruise there. Dennis looked strong (Monday). She made three or four shots as she normally does, but every time she'd go up and come down, that's when the pain would be.

We played good in spots, but we played bad overall. If we could get something from the bench, I think we could have pulled it out. I think we just ran out of gas.

Without Powell on the floor, I think that had a big effect on the whole team. I'm glad we've got this break. I'm hoping we can get everybody healthy.

Dennis was already struggling with her knee. It keeps swelling up on her. When she came off the floor (Monday), that's what I thought it was. Turns out it was her ankle. I wanted to scream myself. Dennis is one of the main ingredients in the whole system. It's going to hurt to be without her.

This is the proudest moment I've had with this team since we started play on Nov. 21. When the chips are down, I'm the type of person that likes to fight and challenge. I told the girls that I want someone that will fight with me. I've seen a lot of fighting in the last week.

This is a good time for some off time. We get a chance to regroup, and our injuries can heal. I just didn't expect us to have a game like this.

The free throws in the last minute just killed us. I think that just goes back to the fact that we didn't have enough gas.
