There's no point beating up on Fraser Institute. This is people's perception about Colorado. It's a pity because we certainly have the mineral deposits here.
We would certainly urge the governor to veto this bill, because this greatly upsets the bipartisan air quality planning process that was created 15 years ago. We think it's unneeded.
We don't want to be required to change (standards) in gasoline if another program is taken off the table.
