The police can't do anything unless they (catch them in the act).
People can see them (relieving themselves) from the parking lot, Route 13 and the (convenience) store across the street. Some come inside wanting to use the bathroom. If I don't let them, they go behind the restaurant.
The bottom line is, someone has got to help Shore Transit to get funds to keep the restroom open until (midnight).
I took down the other signs by Friday; I followed the city's request. I just put up another banner. This starts a new 14 days.
