At this point, we don't feel compelled to take a position but I think the board definitely wants to take a position and we didn't call for a vote yesterday, we just tabled it.
We tabled it because in fairness to the Bureau of Reclamation, we thought they should go ahead and have their hearings first, let everybody attend the hearings and then we need to do what our constituency believes is in the constituencies best interest.
That was the first place we said there should be a meeting  in Minot.
As a matter of fact, I'm going to call the governor's office right now to encourage that.
