I don't want the sympathy twist on this. All I did was the right thing. I went in for my yearly mammogram and they found it.
And the prayers. I can't stress how important the prayers have been, because I know that's why I feel as good as I do.
The unknown was pretty scary. But now that we know it's treatable, and we trust our doctors, and we've had tremendous support from family and friends, I'm doing really, really well.
Greg told me about the call and said we had a couple hours to make a decision. I've always trusted his decisions. He's never been wrong.
