We visited before Chinese New Year and ... (an official) informed us there were no cases of H5N1.
We have placed the three into an isolation ward as a precautionary measure.
We do not know if the chicken was infected in the mainland or if it was infected in Hong Kong.
So far they have not shown any symptoms of influenza -- no fever -- but we will have the results of preliminary tests tomorrow.
